SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our delivery fees are based on the estimated total weight of the products purchased. The cost of delivery will vary for each of our online orders. Each of the orders made by customers on our online store are delivered nation wide by Australia Post. On checkout customers have the option of selecting to have their order shipped by Australia Post or can also choose to pick up their order in store at their convenience by utilising our click and collect service.
What Are The Delivery Charges?
Our delivery fees are based on the estimated weight of the products purchased in the order. The cost of delivery will vary for each of our online orders and may slightly exceed the delivery fee charged to us by Australia Post. The cost of delivery will be calculated on checkout and added to the cost of the order.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery of orders from our online store normally occurs 1-2 business days after an order is shipped but can sometimes take longer which is dependent on Australia Post (Temporary delays to parcels are expected due to high volumes in response to COVID-19).
Will I Receive an Invoice For My Order?
When a customers places an order on our site they will immediately receive an itemized invoice via email as a .pdf attachment.
What If A Product I Order Is Out Of Stock?
If an item you purchase from our online store is out of stock and can not be included in your delivery you will receive a refund for the full cost of the item which will be credited to the banking card that you used to pay for your order.
What Time Will I Receive My Order?
Australia Post generally all parcel deliveries take place during daylight hours. The earliest time you would expect a parcel to be delivered is around 7am and Australia Post usually finish delivering parcels by 5pm.
Please note that parcel delivery times can vary depending on a number of factors including local volumes, weather and traffic conditions.
